Offshore Construction
» Single caisson platform installations for which Top Coat also provided the liftboat, supply boat, hammer equipment and personell:

Onshore Fabrication

» 1 1/2 year project for cargo ship components including:

  • 490 tons of fabricated steel structures
  • 74,000 man-hours of fabricating stainless and carbon steel piping
  • ABS approval, X-ray, hydrotesting and painting

» Fabrication of box beams to support escape vessels on drilling rigs.

» Fabrication of jet piping to assist in removing drilling rig legs from below mud line.

» Supplied welders to weld down four liftboats on semi-submersible ship for overseas transport.

» Fabrication of flowlines, stairways, ladders, handrails, etc. for platforms.
